Shipping & Returns
No-one likes to wait, so we try to get your orders out ASAP.
Most standard orders are processed within 48 hours; although larger corporate orders will take a little longer, but we'll always let you know what to expect.
Please note, during the Covid-19 restrictions and uncertainty, your shipment may be delayed by a day or two. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Standard shipping time frames are 2-7 days for most areas, however if you're based in Melbourne (like us) it's likely you'll receive your chocolate a little sooner.
And we know that 2-7 days sounds a little broad/vague - but it all comes down to the delivery company. Please note if you're regional or are delivering to a PO Box we have to use Australia Post and they are by far the slowest.

Same Day Delivery
Now you're talking! This can be arranged on request where delivery is Melbourne metropolitan - however there are some caveats.
We use delivery drivers such as Uber Delivery and therefore fees will differ depending on the fees on the day.
We ship from Inner Bayside, Melbourne - so the further from this location, unfortunately the more the cost.
Once your delivery is booked, you'll receive confirmation from us, and your tracking number.
For corporate gift orders we will provide a spreadsheet or similar list to track your different deliveries.
We do ship internationally, because good chocolate is hard to find in many countries, or folks want to send an exceptional gift across the seas.
Rates and time frames will differ depending on the country and what you're sending, so if this is something you're interested in, get in touch.
Don't Forget the Environment
As a side note, we are proud that our primary shipping company is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery company - who are also B Corp registered. In addition, your chocolate will be delivered in fully compostable mailer bags (with the highest compost certification) and where possible compostable mailer stickers.
As we deal in food, we can only accept returns for faulty or damaged product. If you do experience a problem with your product please get in touch and we will do everything we can to fix this for you and make you happy.
Please refer to our Hot Weather Policy for when the weather warms up. We recommend selecting Hot Weather Packaging for this time to ensure your product arrives in amazing condition, as unfortunately we haven't worked out yet how to control the weather gods and cannot take responsibility for heat damage - but we have lots of clever things in place to minimise the risk to your chocolate and very rarely have chocolate melt.
