But fortunately, Starward has expert bartenders and whisky distillers under the one roof that result in the perfectly balanced cocktail.
Coffee Old Fashioned: a classic with a Melbourne kick. Pour over ice with a twist of orange peel to garnish. If youāre serving with food, muster maximum willpower and save Coffee Old Fashioned ātil last. A chocolatey dessert or tiramisu will be a delicious match. One word of warning though. Bring this to a party, and it might just steal the limelight. Made with local Melbourne coffee liquor, Mr Black.
Whisky Negroni: where modern Melbourne meets classic Italy. Traditionally an Italian aperitif, this has a distinctly Australian twist. Starting with a bold, Melbourne-made whisky, aged in Australian red wine barrels, this is perfectly paired to bring out the characteristics of the classic negroni.
